Garden Observations: Leucanthemum Vulgare

What stands out in this observation is the beautiful low morning sun hitting this Leucanthemum. It's these moments that fascinate me when spending time in gardens; almost unpredictable, yet predictable in the sense that you know something like this will exist. Nature requires it to exist in this form, in this beauty.

The contrast of the wild meadow around creates the perfect setting for the oxeye daisy to stand tall and stand out.

I find little moments of observation like this provide awe. This awe-inspiring moment is what completes a garden. Whether you're walking through your garden or sitting with a coffee, each task or moment provides the perspective for seeing all of this magic and more. What a wonderful thing nature does, providing us with the fulfilment of life in a single, simple moment so close to home.
