The Role:

Join our team as a Landscaper, delivering top-tier landscaping services. You'll install both  hard and soft landscaping, as well as bespoke elements such as masonry and timber work, ensuring projects meet our standards and client expectations.

We are looking to expand our existing team to enable us to work as either one full team, or as two smaller teams depending on the scale of the work being carried out. Subsequently, we are looking for both experienced leaders and craftsmen at the beginning of their career. Key Responsibilities:

• Installing various landscaping features.

• Maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship.

• Collaborating with designers and project managers.

• Focusing on detail and quality.

• Communicating with clients.

• Managing tools and equipment safely.

• Supporting site preparation and maintenance.

• Adhering to health and safety regulations.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven landscaping experience (hard/soft landscaping).

• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.

• Project management skills (desirable but not essential).

• Experience with landscaping materials and tools.

• Good communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Valid UK driving licence and own vehicle (preferred).
